Taking out a loan creates a legal obligation to repay the principal amount plus agreed interest within the timeframe specified in your Loan Agreement. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in serious financial and legal consequences, including debt recovery proceedings and legal action.
Before applying, you should carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments based on your current income and outgoings.
All loans from Lendexs carry an agreed rate of interest, which increases the total amount you repay above the principal borrowed. The longer the term of your loan, the more interest you will pay in total. The interest rate and full repayment schedule will be clearly stated in your Loan Agreement before you are asked to sign.
